Murdering a global icon was off limits, but his family was fair game.
The threats against me, the daughter of rock star Gideon Price, forced me closer to the man protecting me. I’d lost track of the number of secrets the men in my life had kept from me. But when the threat against my family turned to murder, it was time for me to learn the truth.
I was reminded once again just how short life could be, compelling me to take control of my future.
I was no longer in the dark, but I was in more danger than I ever imagined.

First and foremost, you MUST read Volume 1 before Volume 2
(obviously)! Volume 2 starts right where the first book left off and THANK GOD!
I wasn’t prepared for the way book one was going to end. If I may be completely
honest… I wasn’t sure how I felt about book one because I felt like it was so
unfinished and moved way to fast but after reading book two it all makes
complete sense!
Volume two had a little more suspense in it than volume one
and it definitely helped hold my attention. In volume one, I wasn’t sure I
believed in Parker and Roxy’s romance because it all happened so quickly and
how first book ended I just felt.. confused.
But Parker convinced me that their love was real.
I loved seeing the soft sides of both Parker and Roxy. Roxy always seemed like a tough cookie and
Parker had a cocky streak but I loved seeing them open up to each other and
fall more and more in love.
I think the most impactful thing about this book is how Roxy
overcomes so much. There are a lot of personal issues that she had and Parker
was able to free her of that burden. I loved watching her grow and become much
more compassionate.
All in all, Vintage: Vol 1 & 2 are the perfect combo
pack. Not to mention, THOSE COVERS!
Gorgeous, gorgeous covers! I promise you that if you are hung up on Volume 1
(like I was). Don’t throw this series away.. Volume 2 will help you understand
it all! These two books were my first of Lisa Suzanne and I plan on reading
more!!!
